1. Nature of the Platform

• Sahideal.com is a listing and discovery platform only. It does not act as a seller, broker, or logistics provider, nor does it handle financial transactions between buyers and sellers.
• All listings, pricing, and product details are managed and controlled by individual sellers or service providers.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• Only legally registered businesses, farms, exporters, or service providers in the seafood/aquaculture industry are eligible for commercial listings.
• Users must provide accurate, up-to-date business information. Sahideal reserves the right to verify or reject listings at its sole discretion.

3. Listing & Advertising

• Free and paid listing options are available.
• Paid listings and advertisements are subject to acceptance and will be activated only upon receipt of full payment.
• All advertisement content must comply with Indian advertising regulations and be truthful, non-deceptive, and industry-appropriate.
• Sahideal.com reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing or ad that violates platform policies or receives complaints.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments for subscriptions, listings, or advertisements are to be made in advance, as per the selected plan.
• Payments are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation, downtime, or underuse.
• Invoices will be issued electronically, and applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be charged as per Indian laws.

5. Seller & Buyer Responsibility

• Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling their commitments, including delivery, quality, compliance, and post-sale support.
• Buyers are responsible for performing due diligence before placing orders.
• Sahideal.com does not mediate transactions, handle logistics, or guarantee product quality.

6. Data Accuracy & Misuse

• Users must not post misleading information, false claims, or unauthorized content (e.g., copyrighted images or logos).
• Misuse of the platform for spam, fraud, or unauthorized sales may result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.

7. Platform Downtime & Technical Issues

• Sahideal.com aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily impact access or visibility of listings or ads.
• No compensation or refund will be issued for technical interruptions.

8. Termination & Removal

• Sahideal.com may remove listings or terminate user accounts at its discretion for violations of these terms, regulatory non-compliance, or misuse.
• Users may cancel listings at any time, but no refund will be provided for unused subscription periods.

9. Legal & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of commercial activity on Sahideal.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
