c. Merchant-Specific Information

• By registering, merchants consent to Sahideal storing and processing their business and transactional data.
• Sahideal may share merchant data with third-party logistics and payment providers solely for order fulfillment and settlement.
• Merchants agree to allow Sahideal to display their data publicly on directory listings, as per business type.

6. API & Third-Party Data Sharing

We may share or receive data through APIs to:

• Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)
• Logistics Partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.)
• Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
• Affiliate & Ad Networks

All third-party integrations are contractually obligated to comply with Indian data protection laws and confidentiality clauses.

7. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose data to:

• Government agencies upon legal request
• Service providers bound by NDAs (e.g., cloud providers)

12. Cross-Border Transfers

While our primary servers are located in India, some service providers may process data abroad. In such cases, we ensure compliance with Indian cross-border transfer rules and data protection contracts.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion, at any time, as and when deemed necessary. Any material changes may, at our discretion, be communicated via email, platform notifications, or updates posted on the website.
