Welcome to Sahideal.com (“Site”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Sahideal.com, a digital directory and e-marketplace for seafood and aquaculture products. • Sahideal.com acts as a digital intermediary: connecting customers with seafood suppliers, aquaculture service providers, and product sellers.
• We do not own or control the products or services listed. The actual contract for sale is directly between the buyer (you) and the seller.
• We do not guarantee the quality, availability, legality, or safety of any products or services listed.

1.3. Product Listings & Prices

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are uploaded by the sellers. While we make efforts to moderate content, we do not verify each listing’s accuracy.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Buyers should exercise due diligence before making a purchase or committing to a service.

1.4. Payments & Transactions

• Payments may be processed through third-party gateways. Sahideal.com is not liable for any payment failures, delays, or fraud during transactions.
• Refunds, returns, and disputes are to be resolved directly with the seller, unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy (if applicable).

1.5. User Conduct

You agree not to:
